W: I’m so relieved I arrived in time for the orientation. I usually take the train to work, but the service was down. I thought about driving, but the traffic over the bridge is horrible. Fortunately, I caught a bus at the ferry terminal that arrived just before 8:30.
M: I’m glad, too! There are many employees attending the orientation. Everything should already be set up; The laptop, the projector, the sound system . . .
W: I see you’ve already set out seats, but could you also put a table in the back for the coffee and pastries I ordered?
M: OK, I’ll call the facilities and services office. They’ll take care of it.
W: 오리엔테이션에 제 시간에 도착해서 다행이에요. 저는 평소에 기차를 타고 출근하는데, 서비스가 제공되지 않았어요. 운전을 하고 갈까 생각했는데, 다리 위에 교통량이 어마어마하거든요. 다행히 여객선 터미널에서 8시 30분 바로 전에 도착한 버스를 탔어요.
M: 저도 기뻐요! 오리엔테이션에 참석하기 위해 많은 직원들이 오고 있어요. 모든 것이 다 준비되어야 합니다; 노트북, 영사기, 음향 장치…
W: 이미 좌석을 진열해 놓았네요. 그렇지만 제가 주문한 커피와 패스트리를 위한 테이블도 하나 뒤에 놓아주실 수 있나요?
M: 알겠어요, 제가 시설 및 서비스 사무소에 전화할게요. 그들이 그것을 처리할 거예요.
